I booked a lash lift here on March 28 and was left with severely over curled lashes that curled into my eyelids and made my eyes look smaller and feel uncomfortable. When I reached out to express concern, I was told the results were due to my “eye shape.” I asked for a refund or solution, and instead of taking accountability, I was blamed and denied a refund. I’ve had to pay another esthetician to correct it. Not a professional experience and definitely not client-centered. Be cautious before booking.
Skyler made my skin feel totally revived and fresh and she was fun to chat w too! Definitely recommend her services to anyone in chicago and will definitely be going back! The products she used smelled amazing and worked wonders on my skin, she knew exactly what my skin type needed and I left feeling like a new woman
Booked a facial for my teenage son as a little self esteem boost and also just to show him how to do some self care. He loved it and came out literally glowing! Being a teenager is weird so I'm glad he was able to have such a great experience. Will definitely be back!
