Got a haircut today and didn't fully get what I asked for. My hair wasn't dried after & I wasn't shown the cut with a mirror the way all salons usually do which led me having to come back. When I returned she, the owner I believe, apologized & fixed it and gave me the long layers I had originally asked for. However, if my original appt wasn't rushed I wouldn't have had to come back.
