The managers are horrible. They will pick on someone and discriminate. They will evict someone and another renter will be able to stay for the same reason the other one was evicted. They won't let you live in this community if you have 1 misdemeanor or even a deferred charge which basically counts as nothing on your criminal record. The managers office smells like pot when you walk in so obviously one of them tokes up. Very unprofessional.
