Great Doctors with friendly staff.....Very caring & accommodating. Highly Recommended.
Dr Salvatore is top notch
Staff is rude,been going to Dr hall for 5 years never have I encountered a more miserable employee at front desk. She will drive patients away I assume she works Wednesday in the Haackettstown office.
Dr Matteson is pretty good, knowledgeable, answers questions, he’s got very good bedside manner. Office staff is a joke, don’t bother going if you need to schedule a procedure with office find a different doctor, they don’t call back and it took an act of god to get my procedure scheduled. Made appointment for follow up, arrived 20 minutes early as requested to wait an additional 40 minutes to see the doctor for less than 5 minutes. I’ll never go back.
They care more about getting paid then they do about their patients. I had a huge kidney stone. So Dr, Matteson put a stent in and he would not take it out until I paid all of the money up front even before it was submitted to my insurance. He left me in terrible pain for many months during which I went to his office 8 times and 3 hospital procedures including a 3 day hospital stay. I had to go to the office and beg him to take it out.
