When asked to help in getting custom tall boots an appointment was made. No one called to let us know that you would be unable to assist us. I feel this is poor customer service and you lost a supporter and potential customer willing to spend quite a bit of money in your shop. I will not be recommending your business. You let my daughter down.
Couldn’t be bothered with a return phone call or email when I was finding out about custom tall boots. I’m not mad that the companies can’t make boots for me, I’m mad that this business couldn’t be bothered to inform me that they couldn’t serve me. I had to call and talk to a employee who didn’t have any idea of the situation but was very kind in finding the notes left saying that neither brand of customs would work. Just purchased a Schockemohle dressage pad and I LOVE IT! Skylands Saddlery was super easy to order from. I loved the fact that I could see where my package was on a map plus I loved the thank you note and horse treats. It was a great little surprise!
I can not say enough good things about my experience with Skylands, especially Kara. Kara came out and did an evaluation of my horse and current saddle. She was knowledgeable, professional and thoroughly explained everything. My horse has an extremely high wither and has not been the easiest to keep comfortable.
