Cuff torn mostly off shirt and told that they received it that way and they noticed the tear when they were checking the shirt in, which could possibly be true. When I asked the owner why they didn't call or text me when they noticed it rather than tell me 5 days later when picking up my items? Wish I had a before and after but took my favorite jacket here because we accidentally dried blue pen and it was covered in it. The dry cleaning ladies (who are awesome and were really sweet to me and my daughter) told me it would be a few weeks but amazingly they got it out the next day! I was also just impressed by the professionalism, price, and quality.
