Worest ever Sorry this is my first bad review. Not only have I been waiting to a program key for a car just purchased but they keep telling me excuse after excuse. Not reliable at all. I wish Buncombe lock and key had the software to program this car.
Skyland Automotive is bad Horrible service. Not open Saturdays which is not easy for a working person. Oil changes quoted to take about an hour...took 3!!! Mazda owners are second rate to the Mercedes folks. If I hadn't bought a oil change package, I would not ever bring it to them.
Mazda......less than professional I was given 10 to 14 days to perform the warranty work to my Mazda. After the dealership lost 2 certified technicians and the service advisor I was working with it ended up taking 29 days for the work to be performed. Yes, I went without my vehicle for 29 days and this dealership thinks that is OK! The warranty work was performed by an uncertified technician and the vehicle has been serviced by another dealership twice to undo the wrong done to the car. just ok I bought my Mazda elsewhere, but I used to take her in for service here. The service was great, but as I learned later, way overpriced. Also the service department is always trying to upsell. Yuck. Don't you people know we're in a recession?
