Never got to meet the Dr. I waited for 45min in the waiting room. I was told not to eat anything after midnight and by the time of my 11 am appointment they were having lunch delivery. I was starving and I left. Never again 1 hand doesn't know what the other hands doing.
I saw Dr. Mendez. He is a great doctor, explains everything and he is knowledgeable. The office staff are nice and very friendly and responsive. PT staff are caring and friendly. Inside the building and the office is quiet and peaceful unlike most of the medical centers in this area that I have been to.
Front desk and other staff very nice and helpful. I believe it was Dr Mafiah who performed my EMG. She was very quick and efficient, making the exam as least uncomfortable for me due to my medical condition, as possible. Grateful for that!
