Ordered a lift for our 01 Jeep Wrangler Sahara, shipped quickly installed easily and rides super smooth on and offroad! Would definitely recommend them!
Ordered one part OPA999 and was mailed out a totally different part (RT24001). Explained that per google its a totally different part and that RT reports leaks. Their response was...never heard of that kind of review. Instead of trying to help me they make me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. You can't advertise one part number and name and then send your customer another part number and name, your excuse can't be "that's an old picture" then update that and fix that!
I own a 20 year-old Chevy Silverado (2002 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LS - 283k miles.) that has a very* beat up suspension on it. In fact, this truck is so bad and unpredictable when hitting bumps that I will only let a select few of others drive it because of how hard it is to control. I’ve owned this vehicle for a couple of years and I’ve always dreaded doing any type of suspension work on it due to how bad I figured it was. Excellent customer service. Bought parts, arrived quickly and with no issue. Down the road, realized was shipped a wrong part. Upon contacting customer service about this issue, they were eager and more than willing to resolve this issue in a timely manner. I will remember this for a long time
