2 stars against my better judgment. Had skyjacker lift kit professionally installed on my 2018 Jeep wrangler in 2019 and have been going through various skyjacker related suspension bushings ever since. Just ordered FOUR shock bushings and the shipping was $24.84! WHAT?.....That was more than the parts. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. Also, they had to replace the rear shocks a couple of years ago because they were squeaking. I've never heard of such. Just called trying to see about lift for 26 gladiator. Also asked for marketing as we are doing this build for smokey mountain jeep invasion and wanted permission to use logo on graphics. The website must be down because I have tried from a computer and 2 other devices and I keep getting a 403 error. Tried asking the gentlemen who answered if he could help me figure out why the website won't open and what I should do to try and order and he just said go to skyjacker.com...... we'll duh I'm doing that. Ordered a lift for our 01 Jeep Wrangler Sahara, shipped quickly installed easily and rides super smooth on and offroad! Would definitely recommend them!

Ordered one part OPA999 and was mailed out a totally different part (RT24001). Explained that per google its a totally different part and that RT reports leaks. Their response was...never heard of that kind of review. Instead of trying to help me they make me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. You can't advertise one part number and name and then send your customer another part number and name, your excuse can't be "that's an old picture" then update that and fix that!
