Excellent customer service. Bought parts, arrived quickly and with no issue. Down the road, realized was shipped a wrong part. Upon contacting customer service about this issue, they were eager and more than willing to resolve this issue in a timely manner. I will remember this for a long time

i ordered a suspension kit from skyjacker back in october as they offered a great deal on a 4.5" lift plus a MILITARY/VETERAN discount. After the installation/alignment, my ride quality was poor, my jeep would violently shake after 30mph "death wobble". the tecs put the jeep back on the lift to find the brand new M95 shocks that came with the kit were all bad! i contacted SJ and they did a warranty replacement and sent me a new set. I recently acquired a lift kit from these folks and it is a phenomenal product! Fantastic customer service, great leadership and awesome product! If you want a quality product for your 4x4 then these are your folks to get it from! ~PC
