Ordered one part OPA999 and was mailed out a totally different part (RT24001). Explained that per google its a totally different part and that RT reports leaks. Their response was...never heard of that kind of review. Instead of trying to help me they make me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. You can't advertise one part number and name and then send your customer another part number and name, your excuse can't be "that's an old picture" then update that and fix that!
I own a 20 year-old Chevy Silverado (2002 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LS - 283k miles.) that has a very* beat up suspension on it. In fact, this truck is so bad and unpredictable when hitting bumps that I will only let a select few of others drive it because of how hard it is to control. Excellent customer service. Bought parts, arrived quickly and with no issue. Down the road, realized was shipped a wrong part. Upon contacting customer service about this issue, they were eager and more than willing to resolve this issue in a timely manner. I will remember this for a long time
i ordered a suspension kit from skyjacker back in october as they offered a great deal on a 4.5" lift plus a MILITARY/VETERAN discount. After the installation/alignment, my ride quality was poor, my jeep would violently shake after 30mph "death wobble". the tecs put the jeep back on the lift to find the brand new M95 shocks that came with the kit were all bad! i contacted SJ and they did a warranty replacement and sent me a new set.
