We were in the area so decided to stop by and try to tour. Immediately upon walking in the male leasing agent/leasing manager was giving us mean mug stares through the office glass windows while him and a female leasing agent were just sitting there at their desks. It felt uncomfortable. The concierge said he would see if they were available for a tour. Concierge comes back and says they aren’t available and asked for our name and phone number. Do NOT live here. For starters, I only moved to this complex because I thought the walls were thick because of the concrete ceilings, wrong. The walls here are thin. You can hear neighbors above you walking, playing music, etc, same for next door neighbor. The front desk and leasing are both useless when it comes to addressing and taking disciplinary action against noise issues, which is funny because they’re breaching contract of the rules they’ve set and outlined in your leasing agreement. This property is absolutely amazing. I can't speak highly enough about the staff. Zachariah was so gracious! He was so personable and knowledgeable about the property. 10/10 recommend giving this property a consideration. Ask for Zachariah!

I toured SkyHouse Frisco recently and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with Ruth. Her lack of professionalism and overall attitude genuinely made me reconsider moving forward with living here. During the tour/orientation process, I step in and office lights were off, she appeared distracted/on her phone, and there was little effort made to create a positive or informative experience for a potential resident. I had an amazing experience with the team at Skyhouse! They are all both hospitable and professional, and ensure that you feel welcomed and valued as soon as you walk in. As someone who browsed multiple apartment complexes in the area, Skyhouse is the one that I aim to settle with!
