SkyHigh has some good workers, but if anything goes just slightly not as planned, don't expect any customer service from the management. We made the mistake that we paid quickly and once you pay, they will not talk to you. They were sealing the outside of our building with silicone and inadvertently left large silicone smudges on the windows. They refused to come back to clean them.
