No one will take this terrible dental plan and the ones that do make excuses of we’re not taking new patients, and the ones that will are student colleges that are learning to be dentist
UPMC paired with this nightmare of a company. UPMC insurance has been trying to get in contact with Skygen regarding my won appeal and reimbursing my dentist. Skygen has ignored UPMC and refuses to talk to the UPMC helpline people. All the UPMC help people can do is take out tickets that are ignored anyway. Skygen is an awful 3rd party insurance company that makes life even worse for the patients and hard on doctors to get paid for their quality work.
