Great place for individuals with big followers, influencers. I encourage you to go and check out as gen pop. Trainers are less trainers more influencers compared to good life . I was member for good 6 months only to go there 6 times. Back to good life.
Amazing gym with a ton of equipment that now offers boxing and calisthenics. It does get busy however parking seems to have gotten better (if you park at the back). People are friendly and staff is nice. This is one of the only gyms that was open during the covid stupidity and didnt require those stupid muzzles. Everyone that trained here back then was like minded and didnt care for government imposed nonsense. That in itself deserves a massive props to the owner to make it work. Purchased a membership for their etobicoke location. This was a few weeks before they announced they were closing. I keep getting put off at their location on a refund.
Been here for 3 years, great gym with well-maintained facilities. Many gyms have rusted machines but this doesn’t. For that alone it’s worth 5 stars. This gym deserves more 5 star reviews.
