Do not go to this gym. My partner paid for a membership (pre sale) upfront and her Toronto location closed because she said she was scammed by a realtor. Haven’t seen a refund and it’s been years. Legal action needs to be taken against this woman at this point. It is not others issue that legal expenses are too high in your business issues and using others money to cover those expenses. Great customer service. Marco at the front desk was so welcoming.
Took funds for a membership and then did not open. Absolute scam! Stay away from this Gym and Cindy Tu!!
Don't go here. Still haven't received my refund from the Toronto location that did not ever come to fruition. The owner no longer responds to requests for refunds.
