An amazing gym and the staff is so lovely. Trained there long term and always come back when in town! Highly recommend, they have all the equipment you need and all walks of life: power lifters, bodybuilders, injury recovery, health improvements, and all ages
Great old school local gym. Not a faceless corporate monolith. The people who own it run it and they’re wonderful. Great selection of machines and free weights and lots of cardio equipment. Always enjoy my time here when I’m visiting Dunedin.
Love the place. Plenty of machines, several of the same for no wait time. Lovely staff too.
