I started with Skye Weight Loss about one month ago and I love it so much! The meals are great. But Sierra recommended an app called Sworkit for working out. You don't need to go to the gym, you can do it right at your house or apartment. I highly recommend downloading it! It's super simple. I'm down 16 pounds and still going! Thanks Skye Weight Loss!
