Perfect place to discover Sydney in family!
Located in a casino area full of smokers, rooms smell like ashtray and lots of homeless around. Rooms are in pretty bad maintenance condition
Around 2 am group of young people being noisy and drinking in the lobby and outside of their room! I went out and told them to keep it down ! They ignored me! I contacted reception 5 times ! No one responded ( unlike they claim 24hours availability) there is no security and receptionist and services available after hours! I feel unsafe with my partner and we couldn’t sleep and I had headache the whole trip! This is unbelievable for a 5 star hotel ! This was my worst experience and didn’t enjoy my stay at all!
