Staff very friendly and helpful
I recently stayed at SKYE Suites Parramatta and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The suites are modern, spacious, and beautifully designed, with a luxurious yet comfortable feel. The fully equipped kitchenette and in-room laundry facilities were incredibly convenient, especially for a longer stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and everything was spotless and well maintained. Every thing was broken. Toilet door, clouth washing machine, drays, coffee machine, and allot more..nothing worth the price we paid for only one night
Staff at this location show no customer service at all , lack any compassion or willingness to assist - I have escalated my complaint
