I was quoted one price over the phone and actually charged forty dollars more upon finishing. I only had color done, no cut and no highlights. They also said they work with feathers on the phone but do not. I think the price discrepancy is high and plan to get refund from my bank if they do not do as have been getting my hair done many years and know the cost of services. One is in Bayonne, no need to try to be high end. The work was done well but too pricey. Dorothy Rose
