As a tenant who consistently pays rent on time, I’m very disappointed with the maintenance and overall upkeep at these apartments. My air conditioner gets clogged and stops working nearly every other week. Maintenance has to go outside to unclog it, but it just ends up getting clogged again — it’s clearly a recurring issue that isn’t being properly fixed. I’ve had to submit multiple work orders and constantly follow up just to get it temporarily working. In some cases, I’ve even resorted to unclogging it myself just to avoid... read more
Overall the experience was great. The Resident services staff was very professional. Ms. Rosie and Mr. Luis were clear and precise throughout whole process. Definitely would recommend this to my friends and family.
The front staff is great! I would really like it if I received an note on what was done and if the request was completed. I have no idea if anyone entered the apartment because I halfway fixed the faucet myself.
Don't move to this place the request for a work order you put in never get done, if they do the job is done wrong. They tell you the rent is one amount then charge you for everything else on the property. They even bill you for stuff you don't even use or get. We have been getting bill for Pest control and have only seen the man once since we have been here too. They bill you for valet trash and these people never show up half the time to even get the dam trash. Our Apartment floor has holes in it because of the crappy mater... read more
