I have lived here with my wife since March, and it has been the worst decision I have ever made. Where do I even begin? The apartments themselves are honestly fine. The hallways are absolutely disgusting! The hallways are never cleaned, and people leave their trash everywhere. Warning… do not move into Sky Reserve!!! This apartment complex lacks both safety and quality of living. Homeless individuals sleep in empty apartments and pool areas. Maintenance requests are often closed without resolution. Pet owners neglect to clean up after their dogs. Limited access to amenities for which you pay for: the gym closes at 6pm and is equipped with outdated or malfunctioning machines. All the pools have been closed for over a year.
