The first sentence of my resume says in bolded, underlined letters that I am retired and willing to consider local part time jobs (2 days a week) in a process engineering assist role (ie a retirement job). My resume says that on all the job boards and LinkedIn and has for over 10 years! Yet for some reason, this firm seems to be willing to waste my time (and potentially their client's time, trying to recruit me to a full time position about 600 miles away. They can't or won't read. This company sends out spam recruiting emails fishing for hits. Nothing in my posted resumes has ever matched this type of job which indicates that this company just uses junk email lists to spam you.
