Highly recommend! They are very nice and great at communicating throughout the process, from the time of booking leading up to arrival. I appreciated the confirmation the day prior as well as a text and call when they were on their way. They are quick, but careful with your belongings and professional. The moving company was given the right address, but went to the wrong street. They also didn't write down the apartment number, which confused the issue more. They started their time, when they weren't at the apartment (almost an hour before they actually showed up). The person who scheduled the move did not write down the cell phone number I gave him, but copied my office landline from the caller ID. The move was scheduled for Saturday. This mistake lead them to be unable to reach me to clear up the confusion. I got an emai... read more

Totally unprofessional. They showed up with a U**** truck one red flag. I thought they would have had their own truck that said their name on it. Then this tall guy comes in the house named Ross my husband asked him a simple question how long do you think this could take and he wouldn't give an answer. To me that is inexperienced. They should have somewhat of an idea if they have been doing it for a while.
