Thank goodness for clinics like this one that genuinely care about patients. They are kind and passionate about medicine. Yes sometimes you have to wait a little but that is because you are not just a number here and it’s well worth the wait.
We have been going to this clinic for almost over 10 years and dealt with the same doctor. Since Covid she and 3 other doctors we have seen are all HOPLESS. They take us in and keeps checking the time, making sure the 10 minute is up. (Heard that is the new rule-only 10 minutes.) By you the time we sit 5 minutes gone. The next question 'What can I do?' I went this morning to the medical centre for my girls immunisation which I booked a week ago on the phone with one of the receptionist. I got a confirmation email and went with my children today When I got there and told the receptionist (that we have an appointment for Tuesday 9.9.25 at 10:50 for my girls she checked and replied rudely that it’s booked for Thursday not today.
