There are many clinics that prioritise patient care, communication, and responsibility — this is not one of them. Dr Zhong-Mei Liu is the best GP I've had in over 42 years in Australia. She gives you plenty of consultation time and really gets to the bottom of any medical problem. Her care and attention is exemplary and she has put in place a highly effective booking and callback system as well as regular reminders for routine tests. The staff are always friendly and professional and it's always a pleasant place to visit.
Very disappointed with the recent move from Cranbourne East Medical Centre to Sky East Medical Centre. I am a diabetic patient and my medication had completely finished. I requested an eScript for my regular diabetes tablets, but was told they could not provide it. For chronic patients, continuity of medication is very important. Running out of diabetic medication can seriously affect health. I never had these kinds of issues before. I hope the clinic improves communication and support for existing patients.
