Not a very pleasant experience here, doctor was aggressive and confrontational, yelling in consult room. Practice Manager also has not addressed this.
My appointment with Dr. Wendy today was really disappointing. I came in with a rough bandaid on my ear from an infection, hoping to get it looked at and cleaned up properly, maybe get antibiotics too. But I actually had to ask her myself to please take off the bandaid I'd put on myself so she could look at it and clean it with some gauze, and even then, all I got was hesitation and a lot of huffing.
