Skye has helped me tremendously. After having gone through many therapists- she was the one who helped me reached my best self. Skye is different because she is interactive and helps guides/challenge you outside of her office. Sometimes the work we have to put in can be extremely daunting and intimidating, Skye is proactive and helpful during the process. She is compassionate and understanding.
