I am currently looking for apartments in north Jersey and the woman who contacted me to show me this place told me there are mice, that their doors are frozen shut, that their chargers for cars don’t work, that you can’t have guests at all… and they don’t allow you to rent any spaces out. It’s also loud and right on the train tracks. Seems like if you’re not looking to live with section 8 you should seek elsewhere. Luxury??? 🤣 Not with those tiny prison cell windows and dingy looking facade. You aint fooling nobody by jumping on the bandwagon and calling yourself "lofts" & "luxury" 1) There isnt a loft space in the entire building. 2)if thats your idea of luxury you're an idiot. 3) ive seen the inside , luxury for a homeless person in a 3rd world country maybe

Recently moved out and had a great experience living there. Management has always been very helpful and responds fast. It is a smaller building, maintained well, always kept clean. Both supers since I moved in have always been helpful and responsible. Recommend getting a space in the garage as bayonne is limited on street parking.
Worst worst worst!!! I booked an appointment for leasing but no one showed up!! Called and they said to Wait for 15-20 minutes but no one was at leasing office. Poor poor management
