Dr Lawlor is very nice. He listens to you and works with you to solve what is going on.
Answered all my questions, We came up with a treatment plan and, got everything scheduled ;) I felt totally comfortable and like I really mattered.
Staff were professional and courteous. Dr. Lawlor spent a good amt of time answering my questions. I would see him again if I needed an ENT specialist. Thankfully my right ear is completely healed! Thank you!
Dr. Lawlor is so knowledgeable, professional, and caring. What he found in my case was quite different from what I had naively self-diagnosed, but he was very respectful as he helped me understand my problem--and effectively treated it.
