My stay was great. All the staff were nice. Just a issue I would like to point out was that in the morning I had come to the front desk the lady working there was on a phone call and seemed more interested in talking with the person rather then helping me out. Although, she should be prioritizing the guest more. Her name was simran, she was polite tho and talked respectfully. Overall, everything was great.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable throughout my visit. There was a young woman working near my room (a young Muslim lady whose name I unfortunately don’t remember ). Around 7:00 PM, I requested extra bedding and asked if housekeeping was available to help make up the bed. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. I booked a King Bed Suite for two nights, which was the most premium room option available, specifically because I wanted the larger bed and certain amenities offered in that room. My first impression was actually positive because the room looked nice, but I immediately noticed that the floor felt sticky, as though it had not been cleaned properly. Affordable, but disappointing service and cleanliness The front desk staff were not very professional and seemed bothered whenever I asked questions. Their answers were often completely different, which made it seem like the staff were not communicating with one another. As soon as I opened the room door, a cloud of dust rose from the floor.
