Good place for my daughter and her husband. Very nice place. Enough parking lot. Very fresh air.
I have been trying to contact the leasing office that’s just downstairs since the end of Feb regarding my lease renewal. No one responds to email or voicemail. My lease is up in 3 days! There’s been issues with no water/no hot water off and on for about 2 months with very vague updates until They were featured on the news. People park in your reserved spot yet we are unable to ask for the tow, it has to come from the office who never answers the phone. This isn’t luxury. Leaving my previous review for transparency and updating my current review below - Since my original review I came back to update this to 4 stars for the following reasons. - Management took my concerns seriously and reached out to address them as best as they could.
