Very disappointed with the emergency maintenance service at Skye 750. My smoke alarm suddenly started beeping three times repeatedly in the middle of the night for no apparent reason. I called the emergency maintenance line, explained that the alarm would not stop, and was simply told that it was “not an emergency,” so no one would come to check it. I originally wrote a review when I first moved in, and as of 7/1/26, I have officially moved out. I can honestly say this was by far one of the best living experiences I’ve had. The staff were ALWAYS nice, helpful, and responsive. Even when I had minor issues, they were quickly rectified and someone always followed up to make sure everything was taken care of. I was genuinely sad to leave and only moved due to personal/family reasons. If I’m ever looking to live in the area again, Skye 750 will absolutely be the first place ... read more

We had a late-night issue with our fire alarms that was keeping my children awake on a school night and causing our dog to hide in closets and even out in the hallway. They weirdly lock the tenants in the building which is a hazard if a fire breaks out!
