Choosing to live here has been the best decision I’ve ever made! The building is absolutely stunning and always spotless. We have daily cleaners who keep the hallways and all the amenities pristine. Great apartments always very clean and their party room is one of the best around! Love this place and it’s right in King of Prussia local to everything including the always popular king of Prussia mall. Management always kind and accommodating !

I lived in this building for a year, with my lease ending on August 18th. In May, I accepted a job out of state and immediately informed management. I was told that if I broke the lease, I would owe two months’ rent, but since I couldn’t provide two months’ notice in advance, I was told I’d owe four months. Financially, it made more sense to keep the apartment until the end of the lease. I basically paid 3 months of empty room.
