When they serviced a family member's car, they took for ever to respond and keep us updated, there was more than 5 time where they told us the vehicle was ready and when we'd get there, it wasn't.( they lack customer service) The car sat there for almost 2 months in the back, for some hail damage; once we finally got the car back, I notice they had ripped the hose that connects to the wiper fluid and they tried taping with blue tape, ( without notice ) and when I asked how we could get this fixed, they said they were going t... read more

I was lucky enough to find a note on my car from Aisha from Sky Diamond, they showed me the entire process and their staff took care of all of the insurance hassle, they were even kind enough to lend me a vehicle while the work was being done, my car looks great! Amazing work, it looks like it didn’t even go through a massive hail at all, def recommend.
