Last review is now gone so I had to leave another. This business doesn’t support other local small businesses. They leave town without paying their bills. Would love to get this reconciled and paid but my calls and emails are ignored. Bills from November that still need dealt with. Take your business somewhere where they will actually support other local/ small businesses.
Worse experience I have ever had. They are rude and promise warranties they do not carry through on. They did not update me on anything for my car and when I called gor updates they kept pushing off the completion date. It took over 6 weeks to fix the hail damage and they messed up a door that now will not open. I requested many times to have the door fixed and they will not do so. Después de tanto buscar un taller honesto para que hicieran el trabajo de mi auto, Llegué a Sky Diamond. Todos fueron muy amables y hubo mucho profesionalismo de parte de todos explicando los detalles del proceso del trabajo… Quedé muy feliz con las reparaciones de mi auto! Update. Have to change this review. There were 3 items that were not repaired when I received my vehicle back. I was told that they had to be ordered from the manufacturer and would take a few months to come in. That we would connect so they could replace the parts and that they didn't want to keep my vehicle from me that long. Long story short, I got the run around for 3-4 months only to find out that the parts were never ordered.
