While his clinic was previously located in San Bruno; I took my dog Eldridge to Dr. Chaulk for the entire 14 years of his life. Dr. Chaulk consistently took outstanding care of him the whole time. He was so perceptive and attuned to this dog that he usually was able to evaluate the dog's health without me needing to tell him anything.
