It was a great experience working with Skycom. They are very responsive to questions and concerns. They took time out of their day multiple times to answer all of my questions. Skycom was very thorough and documented all issues and discrepancies with the aircraft. They put in a lot of extra time and energy to make the final product right and fix all of the issues. Skycom Avionics Inc great service.
Had a problem with my PTT switch. Called them first thing in the morning and they jumped on it instantly. Excellent communications with lots of texts and pictures of the problems. Took a full day to fix it but they stayed on it non-stop. Great shop - I'll be back.
