Finally got my ADHD diagnosis and medication prescription here which I am eternally grateful for.
Nat Day recorded a grossly incorrect diagnosis code for my insurer reimbursement superbill, which put future coverage at risk should I submit it. I asked for correction of the issue and they've been non-communicative for over a week. Relatedly, I strangely have no means to speak directly to my provider, instead needing to talk to the Skycloud Health administration as an intermediary.
Did not feel heard and had issues ignored or completely misinterpreted. What the provider wrote in the chart does not match my life experiences at all. Inaccurate and false statements written on chart. If you have something more “general” like depression diagnosed they will latch onto it and assume its the source of everything even if thats not whats causing your daily struggles. They will throw every antidepressant under the sun at you before re-evaluating their judgement and seem well trained in gaslighting.
