We rented a condo in McAllen Tx for one year and were grossly disappointed that they kept part of my deposit even though the apartment was left in a much better condition than when we initially moved in. Very dishonest service. Prior to moving into a new place, I conducted a tour of the house with a Skyblue sales lady. Several issues were discussed which included cleaning up construction debris both inside and outside, removing plastic from light fixtures, fixing the ceiling fans not working, and repairing holes in the walls due to lack of door stops.
