ZERO stars - Unprofessional absentminded GP who along with reception staff don't understand the meaning of 'duty of care' - you know something is not right when the GP forgets to request the appropriate pathology testing for my condition, apologizes, sends me off for more testing, then bills me for a follow up consultation.
