I have been living at Sky55 for five years, and up until recently, I have been satisfied with the service and management here. Unfortunately, since this new team of office employees has taken over, the level of customer service has gone downhill tremendously. The office rarely answers the phone, and when you do manage to get assistance, it often feels like the staff is unwilling or unable to actually help resolve residents’ concerns. Me moví el fin de semana para este edifico. Inicialmente me dieron un QR de solo fin de semana para entrar al parking, el día lunes al querer ir a mi trabajo el QR del parking no funcionó más porque era solo para el weekend, llamé a la administración y ellos dicen que no son responsables por el parking, solo te dan un número.
