Absolutely terrible front deck service.
My mother and I went to tour sky 55 and sat down with a leasing agent. We were interested in the affordable properties. Well since they didn’t have any available I asked the leasing agent will we still be able to tour the building he said no. So my mother and I left. It took a lot for my mother and I to get there because she is in a wheelchair. I will never ever want to deal with Sky 55 especially since we were treated so poorly. This happened a month ago.

I had a problem regarding my faab going down the elevator shaft and Maria went above and beyond her duty to help me. She came to my floor on the elevator so I could show her which elevator it was and she contacted maintenance with all of the information they needed to retrieve it. She is always willing to help wherever she can and it is always with a pleasant attitude.
