My experience only comes from my interaction during the tour. My first interaction was with, I believe his name is Angel. Angel was very professional and approachable. Sometimes front desk staff make you feel as though you are interupting their day. This was not my initial experience with Angel. Christina Johnson the leasing consultant was amazing. She was professional, enthusiastic and provided great insight into what the building has to offer. She made me want to go forth with the application process.
I moved into this apartment today and the experience has been extremely disappointing. My lease start date was Sunday, and I already knew the leasing office would be closed. Because of that, I emailed them one week in advance asking if I could pick up the keys on Friday instead. Nobody responded to my emails, and after countless phone calls with no answer, the leasing office finally called me back.
