Very large indoor play area, it is LOUD in here but the kids seem to love it! There are multiple new things here that the other locations dont have including a large set of slides that land into air mattresses for safety. Several massage chairs are placed around the area for parents and caregivers to use while waiting, you do have to pay for them. Multiple party rooms offered at Thai location, with close able doors to shut down some of the noise. 10/10 will be back again.
Busy, but very fun!
We’ve been members of this trampoline park for over a year — we used to come all the time and genuinely loved it. But lately the situation has become extremely frustrating. They keep hosting these extra paid events, and because of that the park is basically closed to regular members from 7 PM to 10 PM. The crazy part is: they are open until 10, but to use the facility during those hours, we’re suddenly expected to pay an additional $20 for a “special event,” even though we already pay for a membership. Absolute joke 0 stars if I could Was fun but I don’t want to pay $7 for socks in addition to the $30 I already payed. Real life micro transactions and kind of a scam. Would go back if I didn’t have to put up with the nonsense. Be warned about the socks
