EDIT: The general manager reached and and made this right. Jeremy was also very polite, apologized for the inconvenience and listened to my feedback. I will definitely come back to SkyZone! The business practices here are shady. They claimed they wouldn't sell us general admission tickets but instead we could either pay for a membership or a GLOW ticket which was of course more expensive. Excellent place for birthday,not just for kids, either. The kids in our group liked the Pizza and custom birthday cake, but the wanted to get back on the play equipment. The staff was exceptional and dedicated to the safety of the guests. 5 stars on this one
My grandson had a blast, nice place and clean
Everytime I sit on the black couch on the ground floor, near the center, I'm subject to a cloud of dust anytime there's people sitting near me up top. The floor is filthy beneath the benches up top. Don't miss this.... like FILTHY!! Like "that-ain't-my-job-to-move-the-benches-too" filthy. Let's get some teenagers that take pride in doing a good job up in these role and stop walking around looking bored.
