Extremely Disappointed – Unclear Policies and Unnecessary Extra Charges I’ve been a member for a while, paying $32.99/month, and we’ve been using it occasionally for my son to have some fun. However, our recent experience was incredibly frustrating. We double-checked the hours and saw that they closed at 10, so we drove 30 minutes to get there. this place was so amazing when it was named defy but now they made it so much more safe it so sad
We took our kid to sky zone today July 26. There was a staff in the block section who happily interacted and played with kids while putting blocks back and enforcing safety. He made the time extra special and more fun for the kids and everyone around him. We forgot to ask his name, but saw he is in one the photos. Wish everyone working with kids was like him. He deserves a big promotion!
Small trampolines not bouncy air track keeps on deflating you’re just jumping on the ground and most of the slides were closed
Clean fun place for families. It has a large section for younger kids. It’s surrounded by net wall so they aren’t intruded on by older kids running through the area.
