My daughter and myself love this place, but I wish there was a time limit to the limited tables.
Nia made our entire experience at the trampoline park amazing! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with professionalism, kindness, and such a positive attitude. We had some confusion with our membership, and she handled everything quickly, patiently, and with a smile the entire time. It’s rare to find customer service this genuine anymore. Don't book birthdays here - the kids running the register will overcharge you if you're not careful. When you try and get in touch with someone about it, you get an automatic response saying they are receiving a lot of communications and they will get back to you "soon". Its been over a month and they still have not resolved the overcharge.
Super fun and a very good place for birthday parties and has lots of things for kids to do
