A Horrible place. Scam artist. Bait and switch. Alot of racism. They pay for fake reviews and still have a low rating. The condo lease application fee is $550. Lease renewal is $350. Double the price of other condos. Parking is a nightmare here. Getting in or out. There's a $1200 "security deposit" (you will not get that back) to move in or out if you're using the loading dock elevators. Honestly don't know why people pay the amount that they do to live here. This place in no way comparable to 'luxury condominiums' located elsewhere. The neighborhood honestly doesn't feel that safe at night. Probably why the building needs like 3-4 levels of key fob security for you to get in. The building itself (at least tower 1,2,3) are poorly designed and poorly built. It's not an old building but the appliances and apartment interiors are in pretty poor shape. RECONSIDER renting at Skyview Flushing. EVERYTHING costs money. The condo lease application fee is $550. Lease renewal is $350. The average rental application fees for the Flushing area is usually $20 to $300. There's a $1000 "security deposit" (you ain't getting that back) to move in or out if you're using the loading dock elevators.
