Barrett has massaged me twice for 90 minutes and it has been 5 star both times. The first time he did complimentary hot stone! Which is to die for in the winter time. He is treatment focused and takes time to talk with you about your plan beforehand which makes the experience excellent. He is very talented and highly recommended.
Just got done with my massage with Barrett. When I arrived we sat down and talked about my goals and problem areas. I work full time as a Paramedic so I tend to have discomfort in my back. He explained to me what he recommend for the massage and different techniques he would used based on Physiology which I really like. During my massage he applied just the right amount of pressure and not to the point of discomfort like some other massages that I have had. I came out feeling relaxed and less tense.
