Absolutely rude, I asked for the second pictures design and shape ….. and I got the first picture. The nail tech had an attitude the entire time. Rushed through my nails which caused her to have to apply tons of polish and wipe off the polish over 5 times. This was the worst set I have ever gotten done. It is not my style. Not to mention I paid $75.00 for this mess. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!
Andy’s the best when it comes to pedicures and good customer service. The lady that sits towards the front of the salon can be rude and she rushes. Had to get my nails redone. I go because of Andy.
I was there for 2.5 hours and yet my nails still look horrible. Crooked and thick look so fake and shape was all wrong. I literally left in tears and they always make it seem like it’s your fault when you keep telling them wider and she thinks it means thicker honestly don’t waster your time and money. I’m so sad! All I wanted was nice nails for my birthday
I really like this place, they are great
Terrible customer service. Over priced and extremely rude.
