Very disappointing experience. I came here expecting to relax and enjoy the sauna, but the attitude of the staff completely ruined it for me. The staff was unfriendly, dismissive, and made me feel like I was bothering them just by being there. Good customer service doesn’t require anything special — just basic respect and a welcoming attitude. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel that here at all.
