Asked for a layered feather cut and even showed her a picture. Wanted NO length taken off my longest layer and she took off 4 inches. My hair is NOTHING like I asked her to do and it has 2 layers if that when I asked for 4 to 5 layered. My hair was just above my waist now its just barely below my chest. One of the worst hair cutting experiences of my life and DEFINITELY WILL NOT be going back. EDIT: Made the mistake of coming back and the dumb lady turned off the light as I pulled in!
