We are so happy with the Sky River RV. The service department treated us very well. We are pleased with the repairs done on our 1998 coachman and the way they accommodated us by storing our RV till we were back from our vacation. We worked with Eric/Steven, Nilton, and Conrad, and I can confidently say the entire team experience was excellent. Was just passing through and noticed break cable wires on trailer disconnected. David and Mauro took a look even though it was almost closing time. David was able to a quick repair right at the end of service hours and saved my family and me so much stress and hassle. Thanks!
Steven Marroquin was our Sales Rep. He was awesome! We told him what we were looking for and he showed us exactly what we were looking for and found us our trailer! he worked on getting us the best deal as possible and we were very satisfied. On the day of signing/orientation we had Conrad show us all around and inside our trailer to let us know the ins and outs of everything and he did a fantastic job. Chris and his team at the Sky River service department get top marks. When our rental RV had an electrical issue, he was able to fit us in the schedule, diagnose and complete the repair while we waited. He even coordinated payment with the RV Rental company so I didn't have to pay a penny out of pocket. Recommend 10/10. Thanks Chris.
