I bought my Destination RV a 2020 Jayco Flight Bungalow RLTS in 5/2025. My 2 hour scheduled inspection appointment did not happen because someone in the service department dropped the ball. They didn't even bring out the RV from the back until after 3pm. Then they decided to give me the 15 minute tour only because I was so disappointed. Big thank you to Smitty and his team for getting my trailer back to its original state after being hit. I have to say I have had some bad experiences with other RV companies and SkyRivers customer service, communication and work is excellent and they go above and beyond . I highly recommend them. They have my business for sure moving forward. Also thank you to the GM Troy for all he did as well.
Chris provided great service in a timely manner. Has always been helpful with ideas for preventative maintenance and teaching the nuances of owning a trailer. Thanks so much.
We occasionally come to check out RVs for fun and this weekend we had an experience with a sales representative named either Steve or Steven that was very discouraging. Myself, my partner, and my sister-in-law were just trying to look around at different layout and styles of RVs since we may want to get one in the future, when I mean the future - I mean years from now.
