I would not do business here. They do not respond to the calls nor texts from the number they provide. I was interested in a model and contacted for interest. I was told it was still available. I called and texted to confirm and received no reply. So I drove there to find it had been sold without me being told. At the same time the service department was supposed to be helping me with my airstream repairs. Our experience at We are Airstream Santa Barbara was exceptional! Service advisor Luis Medina went out of his way to help us with a difficult problem with our Airstream trailer. We would highly recommend anyone requiring service, parts, or a new trailer to visit them in Buelton, CA.
