I would not do business here. They do not respond to the calls nor texts from the number they provide. I was interested in a model and contacted for interest. I was told it was still available. I called and texted to confirm and received no reply. So I drove there to find it had been sold without me being told. Our experience at We are Airstream Santa Barbara was exceptional! Service advisor Luis Medina went out of his way to help us with a difficult problem with our Airstream trailer. We would highly recommend anyone requiring service, parts, or a new trailer to visit them in Buelton, CA.
We took our brand new 2023 25-foot Airstream Globetrotter to Airstream of Santa Barbara. It’s perplexing that they call it Airstream of Santa Barbara since it's actually located in Buellton, which is about a 2.5-hour drive from Malibu. By the time we dropped it off, it felt like we had lost an entire day. Unfortunately, the dealer from whom we purchased the Airstream went out of business just a week after we bought it. I don't know who hired the service manager Christopher, but that person needs to know that my experience with Christopher was the most professional and satisfactory experience with Airstream ever and one of the greatest after sales interactions. I needed parts, so drove 1-1/2 to get to the Buellton service center and found that the location was immaculate and perfectly organized, not like it had been 2 years earlier when I had come in.
