Very poor customer service! Unless you are placing an order with Sky Retail Partners, don't expect to actually be able to speak to a human being. I called repeatedly wanting a refund and their operators kept transferring me to various extensions that offered "mailbox full unable to leave a message" as the only option. Other extensions just rang and rang and rang. When I finally did get ahold of someone via email, after over a week of persistent emailing, they apologized and promised me a refund.
