I highly recommend this company for flood restoration. Our commercial building got 3-4 feet of water inside during a flood which completely destroyed everything inside. SKY Restoration DKI was able to get started on the job ASAP. They cleared out all contents, made the flood cuts, got all drying equipment inside and underneath, monitored moisture levels and mold, treated with antimicrobial, and provided follow up testing to ensure the restoration was complete and we would have no future issues with mold. My experience started off great, but then the ball was dropped. There was a lack of communication between the workers and myself. Which caused a lot of unnecessary stress and confusion. Finally the company sent a young man named Felix to get everything worked out. Felix was very kind and professional. He listened to my concerns and was able to come up with a solution to my problems. A couple of weeks ago, I woke up on a Friday morning and realized water was coming up through my floor. I immediately panicked and had no idea what to do.
