Stole my deposit from me! Put a deposit down on an apartment, but life got in the way and I had to pull out, more than a month before possession date. This was in January, it's now April and I have not received the refund of my deposit. I have called, emailed and even showed up to SKY just to get no response or be shuffled off to someone else who inevitably ghosts me. Did not expect to be robbed by a 'high end, luxury' apartment such as this.

Dishonest management lacks integrity a great deal. I wouldn't loan them $5 let alone do any transactions with them. Stay away.

This is a review from living there for 1-year. My lease ended in June 2023. PROS - The concierge and security. They are top notch people. Hard-working and do their best to give you a good experience. Overall, good amenities. They are the only reason I am giving this experience a 2-star (otherwise, it deserves 0). CONS - Horrible management. I had multiple issues - from move-in to move-out. Move-in - Internet wasn't set up for a few days. The parking spot I had was occupied - by someone with the SAME parking pass as me. The W... read more
