For $55/night (Jan 2009) this place cannot be beat in this area. It's clean, a lot has been invested recently in upgrades (i.e. my room has a big-screen flat TV, even!). I don't know about the business wisdom of investing so much money in an otherwise ordinary 60's motel, but I hope they survive so I can return :)
