I enjoyed my stay at the Sky property! I rented a room through Airbnb. For a small fee I had access to their private garage, and the place was safe and secure. Only way in was with keycards. A lot of places to eat and explore are all within walking distance and the tram is right in front as well if you wanna ride that. On one of the days we were there we saw some guy peering through one of the doors trying to get in but couldn’t thanks to their security door systems. I’ve lived here 2 years and I highly recommend Sky on Main to anyone looking to move downtown. The location is great as you are right by a street car stop. The amenities like the gym, dog park, and monthly events can’t be beat. Lastly, the staff here is amazing and very welcoming and security is top notch.

I've officially lived here for 3 months and it's been a great experience so far! The move-in process was smooth - staff was extremely helpful and communicative the entire step of the way. The units themselves are so spacious with high-end finishes and modern amenities. I also appreciate how secure both the building and the garage feel, which gives me real peace of mind. The constant construction noise in the building from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m makes being in my apartment during the day a miserable experience. In addition to construction noise, you have to deal with the power in the building being shut down randomly. Most recently it was supposed to be out from 10 p.m. to 5a.m., but the power is still out, effecting my ability to work. Loathe everything about the management of this building. Avoid at all costs.
