SkyNRG did a panel removal and replacement for us. They were responsive, fast, and thorough. The price was half what we were quoted by a company that shall not be named.
WE NEEDED maintenance on our system but found that working through the customer service people for a couple firms drove us crazy. It felt as though they wanted to make it as cumbersome and slow as possible in order for US to get them to take our business. I have dealt with Robert and Sky NRG Solar for both adding to my solar panel array and repairing issues from the original installer. Robert is often ahead of the curve notifying me that there is a system issue. Conversely, any time I have called/texted/e-mailed Robert with a concern or issue I get a rapid response even on weekends! He is professional and friendly. Rob and his team are the best--very responsive, competent and fairly priced. Our solar system was installed by a different company that subsequently went out of business. Sky NRG stepped in and resolved every issue that arose from the installer's incompetence. For me, they set the standard for customer service--simply the best.
I compared multiple quotes and read every review I could find before choosing SkyNRG, and it was clearly the right choice. Seven months after our September installation, I'm very happy with my decision. We had a full system installed: solar panels plus an Enphase battery backup. On pricing, the battery quote was the best I received from any installer, and the panel costs were competitive with everyone else.
