I have to say SkyNRG Solar is just the best! Recently, my SolarEdge system stopped working and I received an email from Robert at SkyNRG informing me that my system was no longer responding to his monitoring efforts. He asked if I could check on my internet connection. I did a little troubleshooting of my local area network and rebooted my inverters, then reported my findings back to Robert. SkyNRG does great work. We had a battery backup and EV charger installed. Both were installed very well. We had solar before but they are now managing the whole system which is peace of mind. Their customer service is even better. Robert always answers or gets back to you very quick. Highly recommend!
SkyNRG did a panel removal and replacement for us. They were responsive, fast, and thorough. The price was half what we were quoted by a company that shall not be named.
WE NEEDED maintenance on our system but found that working through the customer service people for a couple firms drove us crazy. It felt as though they wanted to make it as cumbersome and slow as possible in order for US to get them to take our business. We called NRG and immediately received an accommodating and "do it" attitude. I have dealt with Robert and Sky NRG Solar for both adding to my solar panel array and repairing issues from the original installer. Robert is often ahead of the curve notifying me that there is a system issue. Conversely, any time I have called/texted/e-mailed Robert with a concern or issue I get a rapid response even on weekends! He is professional and friendly.
