Booked an eyebrow wax appt 2.5hrs in advance in the AM. Showed up and the owner had no clue about any appointment and the wax girl wasn't there and couldn't come in. Horrible customer service - dont offer online booking if you won't minitor it. Not surprised at all that it was DEAD, zero customers. Crossed the street over to Oscar's - every chair was FULL and there for 5 of us waiting. They were able to get me in as a walk-in with pristine customer service!!! Owner needs a wake up call.....

Got an acrylic manicure and pedicure with Nina and Kim, they did such a good job! Would recommend!
Made an appointment online going by the reviews, walked in and only 1 girl working no other customers, she was not organized to do my nails, grabbed random things, was severely unimpressed. Left with one hand partially done. Went to another nail salon LOTS OF CUSTOMERS inside and their reaction was "they're still open?" Apparently she used dip powder also as acrylic. Never again. Lesson learned. I did toss the girl $20 for her time.
