The service is wonderful! Thry treat customers like family! Definitely worth my time and love the work n art pieces they can create on my nails!!
Booked an eyebrow wax appt 2.5hrs in advance in the AM. Showed up and the owner had no clue about any appointment and the wax girl wasn't there and couldn't come in. Horrible customer service - dont offer online booking if you won't minitor it. Not surprised at all that it was DEAD, zero customers. Crossed the street over to Oscar's - every chair was FULL and there for 5 of us waiting. They were able to get me in as a walk-in with pristine customer service!!! Owner needs a wake up call.....
